The Lost War - Part 1
The apocalypse have started, people we're in chaos. The Police and U.S. Military [The Action Can Be Everywhere so why not U.S.A...?] Some of people even tried to fight by their own, sadly but without any result. The new virus called "The Cure" have been used in shops with medicals that kills cancer, yet the effects were another than the creators of it have though, it made people be machines to kill or even eat eachother, they were like zombies but it made them be faster and more agile.
Somewhere in United States Of America.
Two Police Officers, Constable Simon Richardson and Sergeant Kate Bennett were walking through the empty highway full of destroyed vehicles. [like in Zombie Land, roflmao.] From a distance they could see military Humvee, it was abandoned but it was in blood, they could hear something right from behind of it, she aim her M4 at the vehicle and speak to the person near her "Check it out." He look at her and sigh "Why me...?" He grab his H&K MP-7. "Come on! I'll cover you, alright?" She responded as he slowly head to the vehicle, she was following him aiming right at the vehicle.
They both were interested in that what could be behind the vehicle but also scared just because they don't know that. He approach the vehicle slowly and silently, she walk to the trunk of the Humvee and jump out from behind of it so he do did the same. They could see one of those infected eating an dead body of military soldier. They was disgusted and horrified while looking at that so he smack the head of the zombie with his weapon, the zombie was unconscious. He grab a knife and pull in the zombies head to finish it off. Afterwards they was looking at the dead body of the soldier. "How can they do this...? Just... Why did that happen to us?" He said quietly. She pull her head up to face the other officer. "Well'p... Better be alive than dead, right...?" She open the vehicle and search it up, hoping in finding ammunition.
While she did he got into the vehicle to check it if had keys in the ignition and if it could work.
